I am a frequent shopper at the Charity shop but I had bad experience with staff working at the shop, they dont have customer care especially the woman who looks like she is in charge at the Horsham matters shop in Bishopric next to Co-op.My first complain was when i went shopping I July I bought loads of stuff and they packed after reareaching home I realised they have packed islipper, wrote an email that same day to tell them to keep it for me till weekend but to my surprise when I went there on Saturday to collect it they had alreafy chuck it in the bin.Instead of them to appologise the woman who works alongside her son in the shop was very rude in her own words" I have already chuck it in the bin & I thought your daughter want to use it as a toy.I was dumbfounded I went out without uttering any word, who would want to wear 1 slipper without the other?My secnd I went buy bric a brac fill a basket for £5 on 29/11/14.I filled a basket with my stuff this womans son was on the till, I handover my £10 but her son didnt give me my £5 change, when I asked him about my change he called his mum, the mum said you have to pay £7.50 as i said no so she started to take out lids of the canisters i had in my basket so i told her whats the point of buying canisters without lids?I asked for a refund & the woman was rude again she said "We dont care as this will be sold at a good price, that was rude but I took my money and left without exchanging any words with her. Both my experiences I have seen that this woman is incompetent as all her suggestions were sensiless.The previous week on 21/11/14 therewas a bric a brac fill basket for £5, I was served by an man who was customer caring with no problems."
